Persona pages are a list, with no story, opinion or next step
OpenMediumGapnewsroom.sgit.ai
What we saw
Each persona page is seven starting articles plus an explanation of how the link works.
Why it matters
A persona link is a promise that the site was made for this reader; a list does not keep it.
The fix
One front-page template filled from a persona file: masthead, story, Dinis's note, start here, sections, board, "what is missing?", other readers.
The record
| Status | Open |
| Severity | Medium |
| Kind | Gap: something the reader needs is not there |
| Product | newsroom.sgit.ai, site |
| Where | https://newsroom.sgit.ai/persona/founder/ |
| Problems | Missing signal |
| Visibility | Subtle: felt more than seen: it costs attention or trust, but is not noticed as a bug |
| Recommendation | Build the way in: create the missing page or path: tag pages, series, start here, a branded 404 |
| Area | Personas |
| Breaks | The first screen is for a stranger |
