Findings / UX-014
Tags are not links, and there are no tag pages
OpenMediumFailurenewsroom.sgit.ai
What we saw
The lead article carries 12 tag pills; none links anywhere. Tags mix subjects, formats and product names ("article", "riskmandate"). 339 raw tags, 228 used once.
Why it matters
The most precise way into the archive looks clickable and goes nowhere.
The fix
A controlled vocabulary of about 40 tags owned by the Librarian, a page per tag, tags as links capped at five per article (339 → 42 in the lab; median 11 → 4).
