Missing pages show the default GitHub Pages 404
OpenMediumFailurenewsroom.sgit.ai
What we saw
Any missing URL shows GitHub's generic error page, with no link back to the newsroom.
Why it matters
A mistyped or old link ends the visit on a page that does not even say which site it is.
The fix
A branded 404.html with search and the three entry doors.
