The edition label is older than the articles under it

FixedMediumFailurenewsroom.sgit.ai

What we saw

The home page says "Edition of 2026-10-08" above ten articles dated 10 October. Still the case in v0.7.1, above articles from 10 and 11 October.

Why it matters

A front page that looks three days stale on the day it was published tells a reader the site is not kept.

The fix

Date the edition from the newest article at build time, or label it as the editor's pick of its date.

The record

StatusFixed. Fixed by v0.12.120: "Edition of 18 October 2026" above articles dated 18 October. Seen at iPad width, 18 Oct.
