Findings / UX-022
The byline names one human; the AI authorship is in the footer
OpenMediumFailurenewsroom.sgit.ai
What we saw
Articles are written from voice notes by a desk of named agents; the byline says only "Dinis Cruz" and the agent newsroom is credited in the footer.
Why it matters
A reader who finds the disclosure late reads it as something hidden, on a publication whose pitch is provenance.
The fix
"Dinis Cruz, written with the SGit agent newsroom" in the byline, linked to the purpose page.
The record
| Status | Open |
| Severity | Medium |
| Kind | Failure: works against the reader |
| Product | newsroom.sgit.ai, site |
| Where | https://newsroom.sgit.ai/articles/ |
| Problems | Missing signal |
| Visibility | Subtle: felt more than seen: it costs attention or trust, but is not noticed as a bug |
| Recommendation | Show it up front: put the signal the reader decides by (length, author, short version, real numbers) where they look first |
| Area | Trust |
| Breaks | Say who wrote it, and how |
| Observed | 2026-10-11, v0.6.4 |
| Last checked | 2026-10-11, v0.7.1 |
| Source | Review: synthetic users |
| Prototype | Article & reader primitives, route article/hope-or-enforcement, in three directions |
