# No contact for a pilot on the Replicate page

## What we saw

The page that invites publishers to replicate the newsroom has no name, email or form.

## Why it matters

The one reader ready to act has nowhere to go. A blocking finding of the synthetic-user study.

## The fix

A name and email for pilots on Replicate and on the account pages; move the publishers page to the newsroom with the same contact.
