# Articles join the reader's list without being asked

Open · medium severity · failure · newsroom.sgit.ai

## What we saw

Opening an article adds it to the reader's reading list automatically.

## Why it matters

The list stops meaning "what I chose to keep" and becomes a history the reader did not ask for.

## The fix

Make "Keep" a tap.
