# There is no way to say what was missing

## What we saw

Feedback is three scales and nothing else: no free text, no "write about this", no "I need a new version".

## Why it matters

Scores say what, not why. Requests that would become the next pitches have no channel.

## The fix

One optional line ("What would have made this more useful?") and request buttons, sent through the append lane with a receipt.
